Depends on the topics. I discover new people all the time through https://asknostr.site/tags

So look for the topic you're interested in and 'top contributors' or just browsing through questions and seeing who has the best/most interesting takes.

No 'follow' functionality on the site yet. So have to 'open in' client of choice
