It is good to push your self, but it realistically can’t be done forever. Probably once or maybe twice a year could be beneficial.

Depends how you do it. Since it's so freeform you could just walk on those rest days and probably not wear yourself out too bad. I like the community aspect too of getting people off their butts 😂

Agree. I think I am going to do 2 or 3 on then a mobility or yoga stretch day. Repeat.
