I have a follow up question:

Any mobile wallets that have UTXO capabilities?

I wish I knew. I'd like one that has ability to select or freeze from spending specific UTXOs, and also can communicate with a coldcard via NFC.

How do you define UTXO management?

If you want them managed automatically in the most private way samurai is probably what you want.

If you're looking to consolidate: (bad for privacy)

Blue wallet seems to have all the functionality I need.

You can freeze isolate and label all your UTXOs.

Aqua Wallet because the liquid atomic swaps are cheaper than main net.
