it's all client side, so up to your hardware's specs 😅

the ids are deterministic, so, if it fails, you can retry idempotently

it's fairly fault-tolerant:

some relays rate limiting you; if no relay accepts your event five times in a row it assumes that you might need to wait a bit and it will stop trying and ask you to continue a bit later

also, include wss://relay.exit.pub since it's configured to be generous with these limits 😉
