Apple had Hide my Email which basically solves this problem. The caveat is that Apple knows all those email addresses belong to you. Certainly better than reusing the same email account.
Proton aliases works great for this purpose (but not if the need is in the hundreds..)

Yep, I use them for sensitive accounts and icloud hide my email addresses for less important stuff like ordering things online
