tangent: In my opinion a lot of content on Nostr is not worth zapping. Many “builders” are building low-quality crap, and memes do not provide any value to me. But that is just my opinion.
Also if everyone zapped more than they received, sats are being created out of thin air

V4V is flawed because there is no obligation to pay. And as Nostr expands beyond the current userbase, the amount of zappers will grow slower than the amount of content creators. Earnings drop.

In reality, donation statistics are inaccurate for objective reasons. I spend more on zaps than I receive, but existing monitoring services show otherwise.

you're so full of shit it's amazing. I just scraped your zap history and your conversion rate is 5/1 meaning you've received 5x more sats than you've zapped.
Unfortunately, just like with followers, in Nostr you won't be able to accurately track this parameter due to objective limitations and the potential for deception. You can send millions of sats without actually sending anything. That's why for some time, zaps were unsuitable, for example, for payments. In reality, zaps are just as useless as reactions and the rest. NIP-61 might change something, but that's uncertain.
