If I use Strike to send USD to a lightning wallet, does that create a KYC record of a purchase of Bitcoin?

I always assumed strike buys would be kyc coin.

Soooo..... You are saying that sending USD to say a MUUN wallet using a lightning address will not create any record of a purchase of Bitcoin?
