How to build visibility on NOSTR, if I wanted to?

On Facebook or YouTube, creators can run ads, and hope that people will then also follow them organically.

On NOSTR, I guess organic is the only option.

That is, I guess, things like post valuable content using hashtags, so that people can discover you, participate in some conversations that have large reach, what else?

To your question, I'm unsure yet, just exploring.

I keep thinking exactly how to even use NOSTR: as a news source, to keep up to speed on Bitcoin, as social media entertainment through memes, as a way to make true friends online, find my tribe?

I still don't know.

Yeah, I get that! Nostr is so different from traditional social media that it takes a bit to figure out how you want to use it. But that’s also what makes it cool—you’re not locked into one way of doing things. You can use it as a news source, dive into Bitcoin convos, enjoy memes, or actually build real connections without all the usual social media nonsense.

I think the best way to figure it out is to just start posting and engaging. See what sticks, what feels right for you.
