My friend used the foot gun that comes with this diet during the transition period and dehydrated herself by overexertion at work rather than taking it easy. She collapsed and was sent to the ER. Of course, next was a kidney stone, and then the docs not treating it fully even though they found it. So it festered up again months later, back to the ER, stint, etc

Of course the whole time blaming the diet (both herself and the doctors) for everything. 🤡🌎
