It’s technically a slipped disk and pinched nerves.

I was laying on my back under a truck working on trailer wiring and I raised my arms up in front of me.

I’m really not supposed to do anything more then 15lbs over head and I never do less then 1/3 body weight.

You’re not supposed to lift that much forever?? Does it not heal after a period of time or can you not strengthen it back up

Did pt for idk a year & a half? it got a little better and then they released me under those conditions (I have other restrictions as well) with the hope that it would heal more and if it didn’t I would probably need neck fusion to fix it.

Damn, I hope it does get better man. Having a permanent injury is not so fun when you like training(not being fat)🤣🤣🤣. Get well soon!!
