Essentially you don't need to eliminate all seed oils and d theoretically you shouldn't as when most people say seed oils what they are actually referring to is oxidised omega 6's. And omega 6's are extremely important in the right ratios. Unfortunately you won't just eliminate rancid oils in the body and then you just get healthier. It's way more nuanced than that.
