Pandemics are not something that can be predicted.

You either...

A) Have no clue.

B) Engineer and release viruses.

C) Option B, but you want people to know you're doing it as a sick and twisted power move.

D) You are a technical analysis enjooyer

D only works if clear signs are present, so not (far) in advance, I'd say.

You can't do B if viruses can't be isolated, are probably just broken down cell debris and if Virology is a made up science.
