did you try turning it off and on sir ?
well, just exited, ran fsck on the drive. were many errors. logs showed it had ran into an issue and set disk to readonly.
time to backup recent code, get a new drive, and shred the old. the board will get added to the skull of satoshi pile.
a hammer should work
