Well, I do understand the me too type movement. You feel more confident to mention your problem when you learn that you are not alone. Plus you might also be glad to ride on the coat tails of the people that found an audience you thought didn't exist: a sympathetic crowd. More would probably speak up if they found an actioning audience that might make a difference.
