This is the cookbook i have had since i first left home and was on my own. You can see by the picture how dated it is. My mother gave it to me when i moved out, and i dont know how long she had it. It has to be over 50 yrs old. The first meal i cooked using this book was meatloaf (Yes i remember). The pages are yellowed and worn, but i would never want to be without it, because it brings back wonderful memories. #grownostr #cookbooks #memories

I think this is a staple in every kitchen. My mom has the same one!
Dylan Hollis (musician who started making baking videos during the lockdowns) released a cookbook called "Baking Yesteryear"; it's a collection of found recipes from the 1900s to the 80s based on his videos. His humour isn't for everyone, but the cookbook is pretty great. 
I remember that my mom and aunts had this. I think my grandma got them each one. It’s one of the few I remember my mom using.
Pretty sure my grandmother had that one too!! It’s at my mom’s house now
This is on our shelf that my wife got when she left the house. Copyright 1969. Even has plenty of index cards throughout.
