Does anyone have opinions on what a decent, non-crappy 5G router/Hotspot that they would recommend?

I'm considering getting one in order to solve my issue with not having a stable enough internet connection for my miner since I can't run an ethernet cable to solve my problem and powerline adapters are not going to work through inverters and surge suppressors.

I've been using one of these for my space heater for about a year. Setup is a little involved, but I was able to figure it out.

Ah! That's exactly what I would want to use instead of having to pay for another monthly service.

I'm guessing that it really wants to use the craptastic WPS pairing?

Caylx hotspot I've heard good things about

I'm also in the same boat. Rn I just use my phone's hotspot

I could do that when I'm home, but, I want to be able to run it 24/7.

Calyx looks interesting. I might do that when I move. Thanks!

I have a bunch of old pixel phones and they seem to be my most reliable mobile hotspots

That's certainly not a bad option, but I'd like something that has a native RJ45 connection.

ARM board with a USB 5G dongle?

Interesting solution... That's stirring a few ideas for the future. Thanks!

Can also serve as a TV box and a crypto node.

I'm running a proxmox server and if I want to do those things, I'll just spin up a VM got those things. I'm trying to avoid lots of little computers and doing things on kinda centralized hardware in order to reduce power usage since I'll eventually be off grid.
