Today I’m reminded there’s a huge difference between a 58° / 14°C ice bath and one of 50°/ 10°C. The latter is way more uncomfortable slash invigorating!

To me it does 😄 I take it for 30 minutes though. I have to accept the limits of my chillers in this 105° weather…
