Many of the countries not just USA. And I agree because if I don't pay these fines I can't go back to my driving job.. this really makes me want to go rogue sell my car dump all of it in bitcoin and live with roommates till we hit 200k so I can have fuck you money

Does anyone know when or how property taxes became a thing? I don't believe they paid them in early America. I'm pretty sure they were introduced sometime under the U.S. government.
