It can be.
I started working for myself 15 years ago, in part, because I got sick of hearing “the customer is always right” philosophy from past employers. The customer is not always right: none of us are. In fact, the customer is often wrong. Once I internalized that, it gave me the freedom to run my business every day like it is my last and happiness (for the most part) followed.

It sounds like a good business problem, since you have "time spent" as a solution. It's much better than other challenges that many business face (regulation, lawsuits, and other situations you can't solve alone).
