Brave is self updating software, uses Google as the default search engine, has built-in telemetry, and even has an opt-out rss-like news feed similar to Firefox Pocket. These shouldn't be the things that come to mind if someone were to imagine a privacy oriented browser.

And it also has a but in Shitcoin wallet with the ability to earn Shitcoins while browsing the web. We need a better alternative.

*Built-in

We'd need a sats wallet built into it with the ability to auto-zap the creators of pages we wish to support. BAT is an attempt at this.

It could be forked and these things could be done. Hell even nostr:npub1alpha9l6f7kk08jxfdaxrpqqnd7vwcz6e6cvtattgexjhxr2vrcqk86dsn new satcom could be integrated. It's a huge undertaking and I do this though. A web browser isn't some side project though. Security and maintenance are incredibly important.

Ahhh. You’re giving me ideas.

Which browser do you use ?

And for android ? Firefox?

Firefox Focus

I’m looking for a new browser at the moment.

what do you recommend instead?
