Accept - this is where I am, what I have experienced brought me here. This is my journey.

Forgive - Why am i hurting myself? i have gone through trials and tribulations, I have bettered them, and I will better this too. This is my journey.

Move Forward- Tomorrow i will be better than I am today, I will see myself moving forward and reaching for change. I will falter, but I will pick up and continue. There is no need for shame or regret, only progress. This is my journey.
