Hey, someone also reported to me that it feels laggy. However, I didn’t encounter this issue during my own testing. Could you provide more detailed information so I can look into it?
For example, which phone are you using? Did the lag start from a specific version of 0xChat, or has it been laggy since the very first version you used?
pixel 7, GrapheneOS. It's been like this as long as I can remember. What else can I tell you to help?
Does the lag persist after closing and reopening the app?
yup. I tried "force stop" and reopening and it's the same.
I never installed 0xchat on my graphene device, just use amethyst DMs there.
The reason is I don't feel like I can tell when it is using giftwrap DMs and when they aren't available from the interface where amethyst makes it clear. I don't DM anyone who doesn't support giftwrap in their DM client.
