The tech I had in the 90s as a kid growing up. Desktop computer and Tv/playstation. No internet (dial up sometimes but didn’t use it). Mostly played outside

Tech I didn’t have - a computer/gaming/social media 24/7 in my pocket. Kids today mostly indoors and/or communicating with friends via said technology

Today - anxiety, add/adhd through the rough in adolescence

There are many contributing factors but the speed of information and the resulting information overload has a large effect on individual psychology. We are afterall a result of mental, emotional, social, and environmental conditioning that shapes the sense of self and world.

Well that is until one can break free of their conditioning by recognition of what doesn't come or go in the midst of coming and going. 😉

I still mostly play outside.
