Establishing some 1 Rep Maxes today 💪

Deadlift: 455

Bench press: 275

Back Squat: 365

Shoulder Press: 185

No PRs, but not too disappointed. Took a little time off during the move and still adjusting to the new environment and equipment (not having chalk is big). Will use values moving forward w the strength program.
