Just got off the phone with nostr:nprofile1qqsvwct7ssehccgu040egxe4k8k9ru4wd605r2kfv9sf94gsu8pftcqpr9mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuumwdae8gtnnda3kjctv9uqsuamnwvaz7tmwdaejumr0dshs8we63u support... And I am thinking, is my phone hacked or something... I am using the number listed on the app but "wait what... You are instructing me to create a brand new account... and do a swap?"
I've not been able to get the app to work on my new device for 6 or 7 months now... And I am finally prioritizing to resolve this. I just called support and spoke to Anthony who was chill but I can't help but be paranoid and super overly cautious.
Is this a real procedure that will actually help me regain access to my 3 year old account? Is his part of your actual protocol of folks experiencing issues accessing their accounts? nostr:nprofile1qqsxcgma3va3yqj3cwxzxrqxm8jg7rfszajhckm9erpkzyhtzhzj46cppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qyvhwumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnndehhyapwwdhkx6tpdshszyrhwden5te0dehhxarj9emkjmn9atgqhm nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgsprpmhxue69uhhqun9d45h2mfwwpexjmtpdshxuet5qy28wumn8ghj7un9d3shjtnyv9kh2uewd9hszrthwden5te0dehhxtnvdakqc267ea
