I came across an old gutted building in Oklahoma listed for $65K, which would be perfect for my pizza business. However, I’m wondering if the space is too large for a beginner entrepreneur. That said, I could potentially split it into three sections, maybe even add a smoothie bar or something similar or even better rent that part to someone else.

There are tons of old buildings like this across the U.S. that just need a bit of renovations. I’ve noticed that property prices are dropping due to the current economic situation, and real estate is no longer the strong investment it once was.
