Can we make a Bitcoin lottery with the numbers from the real lottery? I’d play for It for 3300 sats

A bitcoin 50/50 would be a good idea. Say 5000 sats to enter. Whatever is collected 50% goes to one winner and the other 50% goes to charity.

This would be interesting. The real lottery is offering us to chose more numbers but you need to pay extra. Also the real lottery pay a portion of all the funds collected if you guessed 4, 5, 6... Correct numbers out of X possible.
Mimicking the real lottery code wise isn't to difficult but the implementation with the lightning might be a super hard project imo.
Personally I would love that.. I was thinking something more simplistic nothing to elaborate maybe a trusted system at first like a zap/comment with your numbers when mega millions numbers are drawn the trusted party sends the funds to the winner or winners.. would love a programmer or dev to help with a better solution but that’s a lottery I wouldn’t mind trying
