It’s a solid list. The only other basic “tool” I always have is a full encrypted external drive. PicoCrypt, VeraCrypt, or Bitlocker - choose your flavor. Currently a super tiny 1TB Sabrent nano.
Played on all of these tools is mindset and situational awareness, I believe you’ve already covered them in earlier posts.
