She went back to school with her babies, became an emergemcy nurse and works in a town of about 3000 Reds and Rednecks.

This note is not directed at anyone in particular. More of a statement about the current state of things.

We’ve forsaken our communities for idols. We have faith in people we do not know, and ignore the ones we do. We look for heroes through screens, instead of our eyes.

The billionaires are not on my team. The men behind microphones “preaching” are not either. I’ve got myself, my family, and few hard hitting men and women that have shown up. That’s it.
