Why do people always spin webs of lies? Why not spin webs of truth? Or memes, for that matter? Webs of dad jokes? Webs of sarcasm?

Its hard to tangle truth

But webs aren't tangled, they're beautifully interconnected

"Oh what a tangled web we weave/When first we practice to deceive"

Webs of beauty

I need a web of sarcasm

Let me just learn done code and a codebase i dont know it be ready in a week

I've been preparing my whole life for this

You can't have a web of dad jokes, we're not spiders.

Because spider webs trap the victim?

I don't know about you, but I've been caught by my jokes before

Because lies need other lies to survive. The big lie needs the small lie.

Truths rely on other truths

But the hierarchy is inverse. Small truths rely on the bigger and more fundamental truth.

Axioms

Dad jokes 🤣

Precisely, there are so many things we could do to a web of lies apart from spinning them.

We could reflect them over an axis, translate them, skew them, scale them. The possible non-pure rotation transforms are endless.

I mean once, just once, I'd like to see the laplacian of a web of lies.

If only spiders knew group theory

Lightning webs. Bitcoin spiderman.

Because truths usually end arguments

Webs of Dad Jokes. Let's go.

Just call me the Spiderman of memes 😂

Because lies need other lies to survive. The big lie needs the small lie.

Webs of lies is an after affect of trying to safe face from an initial lie, that then get tangled up in more and more untre compensations that sooner or later collapse.

Webs of truth, aren't constructed in the same way because presumably a truth can stand on its own merit. And also won't collapse by scrutiny like a lie would.

Truth is stronger. Walk with truth!

A spider's web is beautifully and intricately designed, but at the end of the day, it is a trap to snare prey.

Or webs of trust... 👀
