-6 Shoulder-to-Overhead (135)

15 Pull-ups

2 Rounds:

-12 Deadlifts (155)

-9 Hang Cleans (155)

-6 StOH (155)

9 Pull-ups

-12 Deadlifts (175)

-9 Hang Cleans (175)

-6 StOH (175)

Last 2 rounds got pretty spicy!
