8 pm -- 10 pm is fine for me, any day of the week.
I can also do 6 am, our time, but that's then in the middle of the night for the Americans.

I can make a call during those times most evenings.
I can do most days 11pm-12am CDT (6am-7am CEST).

8-9am CDT usually works for me. I could probably pull 7am CDT as well.
