Replying to Duvel

What are some good FOSS options when you want to video call with someone for a few hours, sharing a presentation? Usually a middleman is involved.

What about self-hosting? Would that be cheaper and have a stable video connection, assuming your own connection is good?

It's FOSS and you can just use the one nostr:npub18pudjhdhhp2v8gxnkttt00um729nv93tuepjda2jrwn3eua5tf5s80a699 hosts for public use, or you can run it yourself on your own server. There is an option to easily install using Docker. Best of all, it has Nostr integration.
