Every day is thanks giving.

Well, Thanksgiving in my house typically lasts up to two weeks after the day official day, depending on how quickly I go through the mashed sweet potatoes.

I'd bet my last sat you'd like mine. I have yet to encounter a person who didn't get all wide-eyed with shocked delight when they take that first bite. Sweet potato haters included.

Oh hell no! It's not supposed to be a dessert dish! We get really nice Red Garnets and mash them with a little maple syrup, some ground clove, and obscene amounts of butter.
