No, I blame the one who is so greedy that he fires someone to exploit another who is fleeing consequences of colonialism in search of a better life. 99.99% of the time the one looking to “cut costs” by hiring cheaper labor can’t even fathom doing the labor for the same compensation. Try again.

As I said both are to blame together. Then theres a bigger cycle of blame.
