That's exactly what taking someone's job is. You blame them both it's not one or the other.

No, I blame the one who is so greedy that he fires someone to exploit another who is fleeing consequences of colonialism in search of a better life. 99.99% of the time the one looking to “cut costs” by hiring cheaper labor can’t even fathom doing the labor for the same compensation. Try again.
