That is an interesting comment, as Americans might say the same. Upon remembering the mainstream news, especially in the last few years, it feels that what were once considered free countries, the government over reach has become blatantly obvious. This has divided the US, and I believe the country has been more divided in a long time. Wondering if Australia has the red/blue, left/right divide.

Granted, there are other countries across the world that are less free than the US and Australia, so a humble perspective should be observed.

This community is small, and within the bitcoin community, which is also small. The majority of those in the "free" world, are moving towards a collective mentality with no end in sight for the foreseeable future. It will be interesting to observe in the coming years.
