If you meditate before sleep you become an insomniac and may lose it. Meditation is best practiced early in the morning.
Hmm π€ Iβve been mediating since the 90s and choose to meditate whenever I want. Maybe thats why I donβt need as much sleep as some others. Possibly. Thanks π
