these ARTs give license to ITU countries to block communications

this is DANGEROUS to the security of the people

these ARTs were invoked by some states

this MUST be aligned to INT’L HUMAN RIGHTS LAW

respect the rights to freedom of expression

protect and secure the rights to freedom of expression

and other critical human rights

MUST be aligned to INT’L human rights standars

protect internet infrastructure

secure the public good of the internet

PORTABLE BATTERIES

MOBILE SOLAR STATIONS

i work on giving solutions like this, a lot of thought and research with stakeholder communities in these regions (i call them leapfrog regions)

the most promising solution we’ve come across is e-sim infra and community networks that exist on top of decentralized power grid.

in practice this looks like a deployable fleet of WiFi capable portable batteries that are charged by mobile solar stations.
