That’s a farming and homesteading follow pack implemented in iOS Damus. When you tap on it you can find npubs/profiles who are farmers, see a related feed, and have an option to follow them.
Following.space is a website that shows follow packs, but it hasn’t been working for me last few weeks

Haven’t implemented share follow packs yet cc nostr:npub12gyrpse550melzx2ey69srfxlyd8svkxkg0mjcjkjr4zakqm2cnqwa3jj5 nostr:npub1yaul8k059377u9lsu67de7y637w4jtgeuwcmh5n7788l6xnlnrgs3tvjmf.
Go to the search bar in bottom nav on iOS damus to find the follow packs. It might only be on Testflight for now
