Yeah, I believe it. The thing that got me so hot was that I wasn't made aware that this would happen. The shipper, UPS, should have forewarned me before already expensive shipping cost were collected. I don't appreciate when my customers get taken advantage of. Makes my business look bad, and it's not fair to them.

This system is so broken that it can't even give you that information until it hits the border.
Nobody can do business with a supply chain like that.
Exactly, especially for a small business. I don't have the resources to have someone calculate all the logistics.
