I’d rather they didn’t.

First of all they shouldn’t have access as so much if the country exposes many blackouts and secondly the government is corrupt as fuuuuuuuuuuuck

But excess energy is during off-peak times

Then it’s feeding the corruption. Nothing will trickle down.l from the corrupt to the people.
