Grayjay is a youtube frontend client so...
1. Install grayjay
2. Search for podcast, find channel
3. Click subscribe while on channel page
SponsorBlock:
1. Within grayjay, click on sources
2. Click youtube
3. Scroll down to sponsorblock section and enable
4. Adjust settings as desired
