someone can create a lot of npubs and set ln address for them. also, publishing a kind 1 per day.
based on my understanding of zapadd mechanism, there is a chance for those accounts to get selected randomly or by keyword (less chance, but still possible).
after some round of zapvertising, all zapped sats to those accounts are collected by a spammer.
also, sometimes we may lose sats by zapping very famous people like nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgspp4mhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mqpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqg4waehxw309aex2mrp0yhx6mmnw3ezuur4vgkhjsen which won't help us, probably.
