Are you sure awarding based on the most reposts is a fair method of determining the winner? I would think that would give those who posted sooner an advantage over those submitted theirs later. I think it would be better to have the memes submitted via DM, and then made public all at once after the submission phase ended. That would give every entry equal exposure, creating an even playing field. Then, just set a review phase of 5, or 10 days and pick the entry with the most reposts at the end.
