All of the fresh dairy shops around me are honor system stands. There's 3 within comfortable driving distance and all of them won't sell on Sundays. The rest of the week, I can't get there until the late afternoon, at which point all of the gallons & cream are gone and only 3 or 5 gallon buckets remain. That's too much milk unless it's cheese making time. There's no person to talk to about this unless I want to annoy someone with phone calls, which I don't. It's easier to trade with the neighbor up the road but I have to have something they need & hope they have some to spare. I don't even know how to classify these inconveniences. 😅
