How do you manage to concentrate on the job while listening to podcasts? I struggle with this one

Same here. I suppose I should have said that I listen when I can, like on the commute, and at lunch, etc.. It helps at the end of the day on the drive home to put on a good bitcoin podcast and forget about the day of work.
