I also have Alby.
I think that the login process on Hivetalk's site was not obvious. Now I know to look for a very small, unlabeled button off on the right side that isn't very easy to see or obvious or attention grabbing. There's no words connected to that button saying "THIS IS WHERE YOU LOG IN".
So, the first time I tried to use it, it didn't work, perhaps because I wasn't logged in.
Since it didn't work and I had absolutely no idea why, I assumed that perhaps it was a Brave browser compatibility issue. But Alby works with Brave so at this point, in my head, I'm not sure how to proceed.
I don't want to put my nsec in a bunch of places. Doing so risks NOSTDs lol.

I'm sorry, but that design needs to be trashed. Keep the button if you want but that tiny, unlabeled, button off to the side can NOT be the bottleneck through which noobs have to pass in order to use your service for the first time. As a general rule, I don't click on unlabeled buttons. That seems dangerous to click buttons when you don't know what they do. I don't think it's wise to force that onto people's user experience. You're training them to do something dangerous. Just use words and put it front and center like "hey idiot ass plebs...this is where you log in first so you can use our thing"
