しかし、近年の異常気象続きで気温が高く、秋にも真夏日が続きました。昨年は特に予測の難しい気候でした。

観光名所として秋の京都が代表される様に、紅葉は日本の美しい景観の一つです。これは、冬の落葉に向かう前の季節、つまり薄手のコートの着用を検討し始める時期を指します。
日本の気象庁は観光者の為に毎年紅葉状態の予測を発表します。しかし、昨年はこれも予測が難しく、9月の予測地図と11月の予測地図を比較すると、11月の地図では紅葉の見頃が3日程遅れていました。（画像）
今年も平年より海水温が高く、今は春のはずが夏のような天候が頻繁に見られています。
今年の秋の気候はどうなるか、確かに言えることは、検索可能な情報以上の予測は難しいことだけです。

In short, autumn in Japan is very nice, but the climate nowadays is unpredictable.
FYI, this map shows the conditions of autumn leaves as of November 1st, last year. In areas you see red 🍁, you could enjoy beautiful scenery in mountains with getting cool weather , but not in Kyoto. (Forecasted as November 27.)
I managed to translate the site. Autumn leaves would be a win but most important would be to have nice warm weather to enjoy the Japan as a hole ☺️
