You know what? That’s probably 60 minutes more than 80% of people. I only ask because brain fog etc are also symptoms of various over training syndromes. Keep me in the loop. I’m really interested/passionate in general health/wellness/strength and conditioning, so any input I can get from folks is good data as far as I’m concerned.

For sure, I'll try and remember to tag you on the notes I post about supplementation and my journey through that rabbit hole.

The brain fog came back with a vengeance when I stopped taking the mood stabilizer I was on for 15 years. It is likely a symptom of the bipolarity that was just suppressed.

I’m sorry you have to battle with that, Entropy (love that username tho). I too have struggled with my own mind. I took SSRI’s very briefly for a period of time. I am not a physician and certainly not your physician. But there is a way. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but it sounds you’re real proactive. Most people will take a pharmaceutic (whether necessary or not) and never try to help themselves. I promise you I know this from first hand experience, that you must be your #1 advocate. Don’t ever stop learning or fighting for your case. Keep me posted. I hope you find your light, homie.

Appreciate it 💜

It's not as big a deal as you might think. You live with something long enough and it becomes a part of your background experience.

Problems don't solve themselves, and I am all about leaning in to find an adequate set of tradeoffs.

Modern pharmacology has its place, but I believe that in the vast majority of cases people can manage their health needs by making smaller changes.
